Most deacons have parishes that they look after.
Deacons also assist with:
*Transportation for those who need assistance getting to church.
*Flower delivery
*Preparation of the communion elements,
*Coffee hour organization and staffing
The Deacon's Fund helps to support:
*Tape ministry
*Coffee hour supplies
*Memorial reception supplies
*Monthly financial assistance to several local nonprofit community service organizations
